At VELARION, we stand behind the quality of our smart pet care products. That's why we offer a one (1) year limited warranty on all products purchased through our official website at www.tryvelarion.com.

✅ What’s Covered

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, residential use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

If your product develops a defect within this period, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you, including parts and labor.

❌ What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or accidents

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly

  • Products not purchased directly from our official store

  • Incidental or consequential damages

💡 Post-Warranty Discount

If your warranty has expired within the last 60 days, we offer a 20% discount on a new replacement unit.

🛠️ How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Any relevant photos or videos

Our team will assess your claim and provide instructions for repair, replacement, or return.

⚠️ Legal Terms & Limitations

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Retain your proof of purchase to validate the warranty period.

  • Replacement products are considered part of the original warranty timeline and do not reset the warranty term.

  • Except for the limited warranty stated above, Velarion provides no other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
